My Reports
My 3 reports, which run for over 1,000 pages in total, were published in January and February 2018. Each report cites extensive evidence supporting allegations of legal and ethical wrongdoing perpetrated by Scottsdale Unified School District's Superintendent Dr. Birdwell, Chief Operating Officer Louis Hartwell, Mr. Brian Robichaux (the District's lead architect), and many others.
Much of the evidence came from thousands of documents obtained from Higley Unified School District pursuant to public records requests that I issued. There are other documents that I obtained directly from concerned citizens who have been at the forefront of restoring decency and sound management to the District from the first moments when they determined that there were problems with Birdwell's administration. I am appreciative of their help.
All of these reports were made available to the SUSD's Governing Board, its legal counsel, and the public.
